So I discovered this site was still us one late night in my college astronomy lounge (long story). So I decided to edit the more embarrassing stuff here. This review of mission to mars is the opinion of the 14 year old fan boy I was 6 years ago. I have since realized how much the ending sucked, though I will stand by the quality of the scenes in space before Tim Robbins dies. So yeah. But here is how much I liked it back in grade school preserved for posterity: (spelling errors and all) Unlike every other critic on the face of the earth I thought Mission to Mars was really cool with a great ending and losts of unexpected twists and turns. It was one of the best space movies I've seen since Space Balls. Fork some reason all the critics seem to have woken up on the wrong side of the bed or saw the wrong movie or some thing. I guess they thought it was going to be a Jurrasic Park type action move were they go to mars and are blown up by Uncle Martian. The catholic Herarld liked it too I belive so I am not alone in this opion as a critic but I am close to it. See the movie and I dare you to write in my guest book that you didn't Think the way they turned the camera as the tube Gary Sinece was in filled up with water. This could be a link to the guest book or it could be a link to a large letter Q either way you will have to click on it to find out. This is the longest link icon on this site except for mabye the one about Gary Larson. on done now.
